Become an IYT® International Diamond Yoga Ambassador and step into an incredible journey as a certified yoga professional! This prestigious role requires advanced skills and knowledge, and it begins with achieving the esteemed EIYT® 1500-hour certification from IYO®. As an ambassador, you'll be a key advocate for IYT® values and programs on a global scale!
To get started, here’s what you need:
1) You must hold the EIYT® Experienced International Yoga Teacher 1500-hour certification from IYO®, showcasing your substantial teaching experience and advanced yoga expertise.
2) Your school needs to be a recognized IYO® certified institution.
3) Your school should actively enroll a significant number of IYT® International Yoga Teachers with IYO®.
4) You should have at least 5 years of teaching experience.
5) Your school must have been IYO® certified for at least 3 years.
Selection will focus on your teaching experience and ability to foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Your essay will be reviewed to highlight your leadership skills, communication talents, and passion for promoting IYT® values.
The certification process includes engaging exams to ensure that you are fully equipped to carry the IYO® message forward. As an ambassador, you’ll lead workshops, classes, and events locally and globally, all while collaborating with the IYO® team to innovate new yoga programs.
