An IYT® International Diamond Yoga Ambassador is a certified yoga professional with advanced skills and knowledge, holding an EIYT® 1500-hour certification by IYO®, and appointed to promote IYT® values and programs globally.
Pre-requisites:
1) Applicants must be EIYT® Experienced International Yoga Teacher 1500 Hours certified by IYO®, with significant teaching experience and advanced yoga skills.
2) Must be an IYO® certified school.
3) Must be an active school with a significant amount of IYT®-International Yoga Teachers registration with IYO®.
4) Yoga teaching experience of 5 years.
5) 3 years of IYO® certified school.
Selection Criteria:
Evaluation of teaching experience, skills, and ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Review of the essay to assess leadership, communication, and passion for promoting IYT® values.
Certification Process:
Includes written, viva, and yoga assignment exams to ensure ambassadors are well-equipped to represent IYO®.
Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops, classes, and events locally and internationally.
Promote IYT® values and teachings.
Collaborate with the IYO® team to develop new yoga programs and curriculum.
