IYOTV Video Submission Guidelines

Welcome to the IYOTV video submission portal, managed by the International Yoga Organisation (IYO) for all IYO-certified schools. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your content is eligible for broadcasting on IYOTV and promotion on our website.

What to Submit

Yoga Session Footage: Share professionally recorded videos showcasing in-person yoga classes conducted at your school. Online class recordings are not accepted.
Podcasts & Knowledge Sharing: Submit podcasts or informative videos on yoga, wellness, or your school's special courses.
Course Marketing: Highlight your IYT courses and certification programs to attract new students.
Event Programs: Include workshop, seminar, or community event recordings related to yoga or wellness.

Video Quality & Branding Requirements

All videos must be professionally edited, with clear visuals and high-quality audio; background noise should be eliminated.
Each video must feature your school’s logo prominently for branding consistency.
The background and environment of your yoga studio must be clean, tidy, and visually welcoming. All yoga mats must be clean, and participants should dress in accordance with yoga ethics.
Outdoor classes in public venues (parks, gardens, etc.) must be neat and distraction-free.

Submission Process

Upload videos using the official shareable link provided by IYOTV (WhatsApp submissions are not accepted).
Our team will review all content for quality and adherence to guidelines. Videos not meeting the standards may be returned for edits before final approval.
Once approved and uploaded, you will be notified of your video’s live-streaming schedule via WhatsApp. You are encouraged to promote it within your community.

Additional Support

IYOTV provides a promotional template, including key details to help you market your content and school more effectively.
Approved videos will also be featured on the main page of the IYO International Yoga Organisation website (www.iyoyoga.com) at no charge to IYO-certified schools, giving you broad visibility and reach.
