Here are the yoga poses presented in the IYO® International Yoga Organisation slides for IYS®-International Yoga Schools worldwide, with details as depicted in the attached Live presentation:

Warrior Pose 3

This pose is displayed with the practitioner balancing on one leg, torso and arms extended forward and the other leg extended back, emphasizing stability and strength.

Half Moon Pose

Shown with one hand reaching for the ground and the opposite arm and leg extended upward and outward, it focuses on balance, core, and flexibility.

Chair Pose

The practitioner bends knees deeply as though sitting in an invisible chair, with arms reaching up overhead, working lower body endurance and posture.

Garland Pose

Practitioner squats deeply, feet apart, palms together at the chest, knees and elbows pressing out, aiding hip mobility and grounding.

Pyramid Pose

Depicted as a standing forward bend with legs straight in a pyramid-like stance and arms clasped behind the back, stretching hamstrings and shoulders.

Triangle Pose

One hand reaches to the ankle or floor, the other arm stretches upward, feet wide apart, to lengthen the sides of the torso and strengthen legs.

Eagle Pose

The practitioner stands with one leg wrapped over the other and arms intertwined in front, promoting balance and concentration.

Warrior Pose 2

Displayed in a strong wide-leg stance, one knee bent and arms extended out to the sides, building stamina and focus.

Seated Cat Cow Pose

Two movements performed seated on a chair, alternately arching and rounding the spine, supporting gentle back mobility.

Extended Side Angle Pose

Practitioner with one arm resting on the bent knee or reaching toward the floor, opposite arm extended overhead, stretching the side body.

Side Angle Pose

Similar to Extended Side Angle, with a deep lunge and the upper arm overhead, emphasizing side stretching and leg strength.

Warrior Pose 1

Shown with one leg bent in front, extended back leg, both arms reaching up, cultivating power and concentration.

Seated Pigeon Pose

Practitioner sits on a chair, ankle of one leg crossed over the opposite knee, gently leaning forward for hip stretch.

Reverse Warrior Pose

A variation of Warrior Pose with one arm reaching upward and back, and the other hand on the rear leg, opening the side body.

Twistbended

A standing pose with wide legs, one hand reaching to the ground and the other arm extended upwards in a twist. This improves spinal flexibility and stretches the legs and back

Low Lunge Twist

A dynamic lunge position with one knee bent forward and the opposite arm twisting across the knee, hands in prayer. This pose encourages spinal mobility and opens up hips and chest.

Tree Pose

A classic balancing posture where the practitioner stands on one leg, other foot pressed to the inner thigh or calf, hands together in prayer. This pose enhances concentration and strengthens the legs.

Forward Bend

A wide-legged standing forward bend, reaching hands toward the floor with head dropped, stretching hamstrings, back, and calming the mind.

Dancer Pose

A graceful standing balance with one arm extended forward and the other reaching back to hold the opposite foot, deepening a backbend and stretch. This pose helps with balance, coordination, and chest opening.

These poses cover a spectrum of classic asanas, focusing on flexibility, balance, and strength, supporting the holistic approach promoted by the IYO® for yoga schools worldwide.
